planned on writing their story. Not at first. And then I began to think on it and my
wonderful editor brought up the Autumn Animalia quickie series and I realized I had
the perfect idea for it—a prequel giving you the story of when Sid and Layla meet.

is a stand-alone story, Layla is part of a family, the Cascadia Wolf
Pack, and you see as it ends, she’s in the backyard of now grown-up and mated sister
